Random Thought of the Day
From the discussion posts, it seems pretty universal that none of us like the connotation attached to "retail reference". However, I've been thinking that "restaurant reference" may be viewed as more favorable. I for one, am all for receiving cash tips for outstanding service.

Someone once told me to keep the change when he was paying for printouts. I turned the nickel in to the office and had to fill out tons of paperwork for the donation. The library sent the patron a thank you which cost 39 cents at the time.
